PLEASE NOTE: This item is a digital payment fee only and reserves your rental regalia for pick up on the day of the ceremony you have specified on the gown rental form.

To pay your online faculty gown rental fee, please add this item to your cart and checkout. Please select "Onsite Faculty Gown Pickup" as the shipping option.

Once you have made your payment, please return to the Faculty Gown Rental Form and enter your UBC Bookstore Order Confirmation # to complete your gown reservation.

Due to limited availability, we cannot ship or provide regalia in advance. Rental regalia must be picked up on-site at the DVC Boardroom located in the Administration Building (regalia returned to same location after use) 45-60 minutes prior to the ceremony you will be attending.
